On topic: I hope Hardy sues the league when this is all over. It will be interesting to see what he'll be rewarded with in civil court when he inevitably gets off on the criminal case and we're all just sitting here looking at a guy suspended for an entire season (virtually unprecedented in the annals of pro sports history) FOR A FIRST-TIME MISDEMEANOR CASE HE WAS ACQUITTED OR HAD A HUNG JURY OVER.

What damages would he be seeking?

Why is no one running with how unconstitutional North Carolina's legal system is? That really should be the focus here. Guess we have to wait until a woman like Hope Solo gets wrecked by it before anyone cares.
