"Live With Panthers" Coming Up Now On Sportscenter

On ESPN radio the guys filling in for Mike and/or Mike were talking Panthers.

One of the guys said it would be great if the Panthers could win a game in the playoffs because everyone loves the underdog, anything can happen once you're in, etc.

They both said Carolina was playing well lately and they liked Cam.

Seems like the Panthers could be the Cinderella story this year.

Many people know the Panthers have talent in the right places, and just needs the right inspiration, play, and/or coaching to help exploit this (and wreck other teams) for the rest of the world to see.

I actually feel, if they allow the offense to play more of a hurry up offense, putting points on the board, it will only help the defense, making the team that more dangerous.

However, that last part is up to Mr. Rivera, Mr. Shula mainly. And of course the Panther players and opposition. :startle:

That's a good point.

If we can get a lead and force the opposition to pass, that allows the DEs "pin their ears back" and get to the QB. Aside from Doug Martin's long run, the run defense has been solid the past few games iirc.

If we are going to have any shot against the Falcons and beyond, we'll have to stay aggressive and uptempo. We're playing our best football right now, so Sunday should be a lot of fun to watch.

I love that Rivera kept interrupting the reporter. Hrs absolutely correct. We could very well finish the season with a winning record. I was laughing when I saw it, thought it was the best/funniest we've seen from Rivera.

I just don't know if he was saying that to try and make it sound better for job security, or he was saying it because he's sick of being poked fun of and being laughed at. I'm hoping it's the ladder. I like when Ron gets mad, when he gets mad we start whoopin arse!

Who was the wildcard team that won the Super Bowl? Weren't they 9-7?

It isn't out of the possiblitity to happen. Wouldn't it be awesome if we got on a roll and won the damn thing. I wonder how many bandwagon fans we would pick up.

I was watching the Arizona / Seattle game the other day and was amazed at how loud the Seattle fans were in Arizona. Amamazing.
