Maybe I just under appreciate the guy, but I don't see losing Mickey D's as that big a deal.  We already got a guy on staff that would immediately take his place, who we originally wanted to be our defensive coordinator when Rivera first got here. (I can't think of his name, but I believe his current position is being the secondary coach.  We might want to credit this guy for helping Norman over those early year humps, and for coaching up Bene Benwikere)
