Will Josh Norman command a big contract next offseason?

Next season is the last year of his contract....he has a 4 yr deal and played out 3 already. So next offseason he will have played out his contract

Not too soon at all, midseason he should have a new deal. Which means he will have to be accounted for this offseason in our moves. His deal will factor in what we do

I'll be livid but not shocked if Olsen, Cam and Norman aren't here in 2017.

Love him but I bet refs will be liberally tossing flags against him next year. I think he has a bad rep. That said... he doesn't deserve a great contract but a decent one.

Norman's age is going to work against him as well as his history.

Norman is going to be 28 going into next season. Though he doesn't have a lot of miles on his tires, age catches us all. Remember Terrence Newman of the cowboys. He was an older guy as well, and he never performed up to the expectations of his mega contract because of age.

Norman has been healthy, and he's gotten better, but he's not going to demand a mega contract. Something reasonable should keep him here. Also, while he's played well, he has a history of really bad mistakes and miscues....

That makes him the same age as Cason. My mind is blown. Feels like they were 5 years apart

Looks like Norman got a nice pay raise, due to play time, and his camp is already in preliminary talks about an extension.
