So...what do you call this?

It was a team loss. Cam had some bad moments, rookie DB's had bad moments, etc, etc.

They are/were the better team.

Yes it was a team loss and of course Cam made mistakes. But those mistakes are a given against that Seahawks D. Cam and the offense played more than well enough to win us the game. The defense needed to play like they did the last 3 meetings (and like they should have), and instead we got crushed in the secondary and lost. We controlled Lynch so if we could've just made plays in the secondary we'd be looking at a few turnovers and Wilson only having 1 TD. The Seahawks are a Super Bowl team, absolutely, every piece of it. But our 7-8-1 team had the ability to beat them, and we didn't make the plays to do so. Boston and Bene had their worst games as pros.

I like the message of this thread but, Rick Flair never said "If u wanna be the best then you gotta get beat by the best" lol I am not sure it works that way

They aslo never said if you get beat ny the best you gotta blow the whole thing up. We lost to the best, learn from it.

How are you gonna say that after Russ chucks up 4 INTs? Turnovers hurt us but our team play wasn't solid enough to won the game.

Russell Wilson didnt throw 4 INTs against the Panthers so your argument is a bit invalid. had we not had those turnovers in our game, we may still have lost. but it would have been more like 17-14 than the eventual blowout that it was.

We did everything to win except break up 2 touchdown passes which our rookie DBs were beat on and still managed to recover to ALMOST make a play. Beyond happy that those guys (especially rookies) have that experience. We'll look back on this game as a turning point for this organization. As long as we build on this; that loss was worth it.
