I liked watching him at ECU and thought he could be a good receiver in the NFL and would be a great asset in Carolina not sure how quick he will go.. is a 5th too far down??maybe 4th is as high I would go on him..

I just felt the need to stress that I'm NOT an ECU fan, though I'd love to bring in Hardy. Seems like most opinions on him are skewed by petty college allegiances.
