Bob McGinn Rankings - WR

Just in case anyone didn't know Bob McGinn is, he is a beat writer for the Packers and has been for like 20 or 30 years.  He probably is the best local writer that breaks down the draft of anyone in the country.  There is a guy that does a good job in Dallas every year but I forget his name.

 

He is starting his beak down of each position in the draft ranking the top guys.  These ranking don't really come from him but comes from the scouts he talks to from different teams. Each guy he ranks has quotes from different scouts and how some of the teams view him. 

 

Starts with the WR/TE but I am sure he will do all the position before the draft.

The second quote is something people overlook. Hardy was far and away ECU's best weapon. Every opposing defense gameplanned specifically around stopping him, yet he still crushed it every week.
