Thank god we practice today

From the sound of it, we need more on the offensive side of the ball. The good thing is that's what preseason is for. I trust we'll have the wrinkles ironed out.  We really can't afford too slow of a start to the regular season this year.

True, but I meant it cause I'm bored as hell at work with nothing interesting on the net

Thanks Captain Morgan for posting the Tweets.  Sorry I couldn't cover them today.  I had a work project that I had to finish for a meeting this afternoon and it took me longer than I'd hoped, so I was unable to do more than a few quick glances as what was going on.

    • well i could go on & on but i will just highlight it by saying big difference trust me from the SEC & NFL.it's honestly like comparing apples & oranges especially when you are talking about a  LT. in the NFL you are going up against the most athletic freaks of nature the world has to offer . .the NFL also has much more exotic & complicated defensive schemes than what they are used to seeing at Georgis &  finally but most importantly you have to learn how to master complex bio mechanics where the body kick steps instantly as a reaction to these world class athletes rush without really making a conscious effort it's more of a learned muscle memory  & it can take thousands upon thousands of reps to master rproper technique for a LT in the NFL especially if you are still very raw like Monroe Freeling is    ...just saying
    • All that being the case or maybe being the case, we do not know Wharton’s timetable n the first place. They are being coy about it. Or maybe not. They say week to week the board says he is terminal lol and must be replaced. Who knows? It may or may not warrant a fairly drastic solution.  Walker is a bargain and we are not well stocked at OL despite recent investments. Freeling has yet to have a single padded practice. Too much speculation driving this plan IMO.
    • I would really love to know who’s actually making these moves because it’s weirdly vague who’s doing the hiring and firing.
