Best corner we had ?? Compared to the all star list of corners like Capt Munnerlyn, Drayton Florence and james dockery?? The only corner we have had the last few years has been J-No and that's it .. White's only plays were a pick 6 from a poo throw from matt ryan and his best pick was on Eli manning on Victor Cruz .. He was constantly being beat deep almost every game.

did you watch 2013? i think thats what he is referring to. for some reason, he did take a big step back last year. of course, the wrath of Smitty didn't help.

Of course I watched .. our best year to date but that wasn't because of melvin white..

You all see big plays and forget about the constant harassment he endured in the games he actually started.

I thought Melvin is better than Byndom... bigger stronger more aggressive on the ball.

Melvin was solid. I think those saying he was a victim of "constant harassment" are being dramatic.

Just because the guy wasn't an all-pro doesn't mean he is garbage. He is a big physical corner, and sometimes big physical corners get beat deep. 

He stepped up in a big way his rookie year, and I attribute some of his struggles early last year to having a pass rush of no Greg Hardy and a banged up pedestrian Charles Johnson.

Keep in mind Melvin is injured.

No way to know whether he'd have still been waived if not for that.
