Let's send 4 new Panthers to the Pro-Bowl

It's sad that TD will probably never make a Pro Bowl due to 3-4 OLB's and 4-3 OLB's being grouped together. They really just need to make a damn edge rusher position and lump all the 4-3 DE's and 3-4 OLB's together.

They need to either remove or greatly reduce the fan voting aspect. How would you put together a team with them split out? Im not saying it can't be done but how?

I think I actually just had a better idea since you're right that splitting out edge rushers into their own separate group would be too complicated and make positional groups likely too complicated for an average fan to understand.

So since they don't even do teams by conference anymore and there are roughly 16 3-4 teams and 16 4-3 teams in the NFL, they can just separate the voting for the front 7's of those two defensive alignments. Then whenever it is time to do that stupid draft or whatever they can just choose between the 3-4 and the 4-3 defense and they get the entire front 7(starters and backups) for whichever one they choose.

That way 4-3 OLB's get their due and 3-4 DE's not named Watt get their due.

They've both been to pro bowl, along with Luke & Kalil & Tolbert. (edit: oh and JJ too... sorry JJ!)  This is focused on Panthers who've never been to a pro bowl.

So, looking at Panthers pro bowl history, looks like we sent 7 players in 2013 and 8 players in 1996.  Sure hope we can at least match our 2013 total!

I will vote every day for the next 4 months for Joe Webb as the special teamer. Dude should be recognized for doing whatever it takes to live out his dream in the NFL and doing it very well with maximum effort.
