It's the sheer fact that she opened her mouth at all.  If you call out a black quarterback for dancing, and call him a "spoiled brat", and say that he models "egotism, arrogance and poor sportsmanship" because he dances after he scores touchdowns, yes you are racist.  I didn't see any Seahawks fans write letters to the Arizona Republic after white quarterback Carson Palmer motioned for the entire Seahawks fanbase to suck his dick.
