I know many of us are reflexive Cam defenders.  I plead guilty.

But its quite clear in how you respond with regard to matters of the media and the press that you are a reflexive Media defender.

The media on its most elemental level reports news. Plain and simple. As I alluded to before, there are all kinds of persons in the media coming from all kinds of perspectives, and "repping" all kinds of readers. Reporting is a balancing act. Cam will have neutral parties that try and keep reports on him balanced, detractors who will spin stories to make him look bad, and supporters who will spin stories to put Cam in the best light possible. This is what the media does. There are good writers and bad writers and everyone in between. The writer is largely in the eye of the beholder. 

My give-it-take-it comments are regarding peers and fans, and aren't even narrowly directed specifically towards Cam. If you dance and prance---your sidelines or not---and chide people about emotional Band-Aids---if you're on a message board claiming how you're going to beat the crap out of an opposing team, and basically saying that they don't have a chance, or gleefully noting how  the other fans are crying, salty and butt-hurt because their team got blasted by yours, and then act the same, old butt-hurt way when all your boisterous exclamations turn out (or basically turned out, as in demoting action) to be absolutely wrong, you have to take your ass whipping like a man.

Lastly, you didn't answer my question. I have been publicly critical of Nolan Nawrocki (who has basically been "checked" by his peers and own stupidity like I alluded to earlier about the checks and balances of the media), and dumb-ass Rodney Harrisson for his hurt-Cam comments. I am fairly sure that there are others within the traditional media who are just as irresponsible and basically unprofessional, but Scott Fowler is not one of them. That is my assessment---like it, or not.
