Ain't seen a game thread in a while... which is kind of odd considering how well we've been playing as of late

Damn near a 40 point 1st quarter.  I'll take that any day, just too bad we give up 32 points in the 1st quarter as well in the process.

I just tuned in to catch the last couple of minutes of the 1st, but Kemba already looking sharp early.

It's been pretty dead in here for awhile now, but it's not exactly surprising all things considered.

The Hornets just need to maintain this consistency, it would be nice to see them at least compete in the playoffs.

I'm surprised it's still sorta dead.  The Hornets are 12-2 in their last 14 games.  Arguably the hottest team in the league at the moment.  They could climb all the way to the 3 seed if things fall into place and they keep it up.

Maybe I'm having a brain fart, but I'm drawing nothing but blanks trying to figure out what all those things considered may be...

Football season is over, it's post all-star break where the playoff race really begins to heat up, every single one of our games have been huge for playoff seeding for a while now (and for the foreseeable future), we're currently one of the hottest teams in the league and we have a shot at moving all the way up to the #3 seed in the next couple of weeks

Panthers playing in the Super Bowl took a pretty sizable chunk out of any traffic going on here. Add in that the Hornets have often been the very definition of inconsistent, and that's about enough.

Besides, let's not kid ourselves here, the Hornets are playing well right now, but if they lose a few games, a number of people in here will be trying to trade everyone, and everything but the kitchen sink.

Most people stopped coming into the Hornets forum when it was nonstop arguments and personal attacks from some of the more immature posters here.   At least I did.
