Sessions Signs 2yr/12.5M Deal to Return to Charlotte

I actually like the signing. His game is very similar to Lins at a fraction of the cost. He also won't be asked to do as much as JLin as long as the team stays healthy.

Yeah, i like Sessions, i'm just very familiar with his limitations.

I like this. He's generally been good for us and fits what we want out of his position. We can't fret too much. Batum will pay off in another year or two. Remember how we thought Al would be the harbinger of better FAs? Well he wasn't and promptly become washed up here. Batum is much more likely to be that guy if we can at least be as successful as last season. Hopefully we can trade for a big or something and we should be ok.

For the money, I don't see anything wrong with this signing.

It's not like we are getting a superstar anytime soon, so moping around isn't going to do any good.

Still need a center but I actually like this signing he was putting up big numbers in Washington toward the end of last season. He is a serviceable back up and we got him on a cheap deal compared to other guards in this free agency. My biggest thing is we are still ignoring the center position.

SG- Batum , Belinelli , Daniels

SF- MKG , Lamb 

PF - Williams ,  Kaminsky 

C- Zeller , Hawes 

Now if we could just get that big .

Right now were fighting for that 7-8 seed and thats a stretch asking for lots from MKG , Frank , and Zeller.

Wow, nice deal for what others have been getting.. Sessions can get to the foul line for sure but doesn't necessarily shoot very well or create a whole heck of a lot for others.. would have rather had Jack but he wouldn't have come this cheap.. overall im happy but need to trade for Vucevic and i will be thrilled

My main concern with the current roster is his reluctance and lack of success shooting from outside.

Hell, we could have panicked and signed fuging Dellavendova to a 40 million dollar deal like Milwaukee. I have zero issues with the moves Charlotte has made this FA. Glad we aren't going full retard with contracts like half the NBA has. Still plenty of time to sign or trade for a Center.

He is a good back up and if you hear the words good coming out of my mouth about this team as mad as I have been with their moves then you know it is a good deal. He will not be a starter as long as Kemba Walker is healthy.

No money left really with the dumb trade we made though. Center is a glaring hole.
