The Panthers' first-team defense just manhandled the offense on three run plays from the 1 with Cameron Artis-Payne getting the carries. He was tackled for a loss on the final carry.

I'm guessing it was pretty scaled back given the wet field.  Don't want to risk injuries. 

But yeah, the twitter content was pretty scarce.

I'd like to think that'a the sole reason, but honestly, TC coverage has been pretty tame as well to this point.  The last few years, the daily TC threads seemed to be in double digit pages everyday.  This year, the play by play is lacking and the tweets/reports usually comprise two or three pages and the rest is discussion.

I kond of feel like there is some hangover effect from our championship being stolen from us by the NFL, err, I mean anti-climatic finish to last season.

It just kind of seems slow this year.
