I know how tough he is. You think I don't watch the games? At this point in the pre-season, how many times has he been hit like he was in your video? He's had 1 live series so far, and he was barely touched on that series. So again, why does he need a vet day when he doesn't get smacked like that in practice? Ever?

I never said he needed a vet day how hard is this to understand. Cam was smack talking. Then you went on a rant about how cam needs to shut up because he wears a red jersey.

Ever played a sport? Ever thrown a ball 500 times a day for weeks at a time? Ever heard of fatigue? Ever taken a day off from work?

Ok then- stfu.

Anyone can take a day off. Cam chooses not to.

Yes I have. And our QBs never got a day off, either, even though they wanted one and we busted their balls about their red jerseys, too. Cam's not unique in that regard. And at this moment, Cam has to get his arm ready for the regular season. It's had plenty of rest while he was filming his TV show. That's the purpose of training camp and the pre-season.

I typed 2 sentences about Cam, hardly a rant (and there's been plenty of those on the Huddle), and people flip out when I deliberately left it ambiguous enough to be interpreted literally or sarcastically. Got your jimmies rustled, didn't it?

I posted a video of cam trucking like 8 dudes to a first down and then you went on rants with me and others. Good stuff

So discussions are rants if you disagree with me? That makes the Huddle a rant board now. Ok

Guest Barry McCaulkinor

This mf'er here. ^  Does it really matter who he played for? He's sitting on the computer telling the real professionals how to do their job. That in-of-itself is blasphemous to a retarded fuging degree.

As far as Garrett goes, I have to wonder if his visible improvement is from Garrett learning better techniques from Proehl, or the Panthers no longer asking him to run routes he's not good at. Hope it's the former, but suspect it's the latter

What in the world?  I seriously doubt that they have been taking it easy on Garrett in reference to routes or anything else. It's TC for a reason.  Again, I seriously doubt it, but even if they were, there is nothing wrong with putting players in a position to succeed. It takes time for most receivers to make the transition to the pros. No lowering of expectations. No magic. Garrett is likely progressing, as simple as that.
