Webster is a much improved player ( and he has a new 5 year deal as a result ) ...but he is not a shutdown corner ...and never will be.

The Giants have been showing a lot of respect for the Panthers this week. TC has gone out of his way to praise your team. None of the players have been disrespectful as far as i have been concerned.

The Giants are a very good run stopping D and this will be their absolute first priority. Smith will probably have a big game because he will be 1 on 1 with Corey. However Corey is very physical and intelligent and will relish the matchup.

It will be a fascinating contest.

If we can't limit your run ... we have no chance ....but if we can ....the ability of JD to get the ball to SS will be the key to the game ( IMO )

What seemed to work best last week for the boys was to set up screens to the HB which is something the Panthers dont do very much or very well. It will be tough to just force the run without something in the back of the Giants heads double guessing themselves.
