man i hate seeing players try to motivate themselves and draw on support from fans by making a public post. man i hate seeing players look up to a role model and try to draw on their role model's experiences and use it as a metaphor for their own life. who would ever try to aim higher or build up their ego??

So he's in a rough spot, knows he played poorly, and uses his faith and social media support network to keep his poo together while he does a really hard job?  Isn't that something that most folks on here do on a regular basis and expect lots of likes and other digital approval?

I'm a Panther fan.  I want all of our players to succeed.  Not all will.  But nothing wrong with him trying to get better.  It would be great if this would be a starting point for him to pick his game up.  Nothing more American than a comeback story.
