I like Smarties. 

And, up until recently, my neighborhood is small enough that we were giving out full size candy bars. Then someone starting busing the kids in from 10 miles away, now both streets in the neighborhood are minivans lined up and it's not safe for the neighborhood kids to walk from house to house because the adults drive like poo.
