Steph wont rule out signing with the Hornets next season.

It's been discussed ad nauseum here, but what do you do with Kemba?  If you move Steph to the 2, we would get torched on defense with those two.  Kemba has earned his place here.  I'd be pissed if he was kicked to the curb.

Steph is a Top 3 player in the League.  Earned his place or not, he would have to get traded quickly.

I'd argue that. He's a natural scorer, but I don't think he's a top 3 player by any means. Not that I wouldn't want to have him, but we better expect a king's ransom for getting rid of kemba. Those two cannot coexist.

I have been wondering this as well. Kemba is a beast. It would be a shame, but if steph cam here, he would either leave or come off thee bench. Both situations I would hate.

He could play 2 here couldn't he

Imagine a Walker-Curry-MKG top 3 lol wow AND Batum, AND Zeller .. Curry makes Hornets a championship team

If Curry signed here and our current roster of players didn't change at all(unlikely) I assume the starting lineup would be
Kemba
Curry
Batum
Williams
Zeller

With MKG, Lamb, Hibbert and Frank being your main bench contributors. Sessions, Marco and Hawes would get a few minutes here and there but not many.

Offensively the team would be great, defensively we would struggle, MKG and Hibbert off the bench would help a lot though.

    • Idk man, I think it’s necessary.  There’s people working 9-5s everyday that get told poo about what they aren’t and what they’re not capable of and they’re working for scraps.  These guys are making millions.  People are watching and invested because their team and fandom is a part of their identity and a big source of pride.  When someone like Bryce comes in and is given chance after chance after chance after proving he is not worthy of the position he’s being gifted, and he continues to be the biggest reason above any that we are losing, yeah…  I think it’s fair to call a spade a spade.  Am I saying Bryce the person is trash?  Bryce the person is a piece of poo?  Absolutely not.     I came up in an era, especially in basketball, where if you were fuging up people heckled the poo out of you.  I played in rec leagues as a teen where the fuging parents were calling kids trash and yelling poo like “TURNOVER!!!  TURNOVER!!!”  “CANT DRIBBLE!”  “CANT SHOOT!”  And that’s adults screaming that poo to kids like we were in the fuging Rucker lol.🤣🤣🤣  I went on to play basketball at a collegiate level and with professional players in different settings.  What those experiences as a kid taught me was to see if there is any merit to what people are saying, and if there is, then work my ass off til they can’t say that anymore.  Come back better, tougher, harder.  And I did.  If kids can figure that poo out, an adult calling another adult who is bad at his job while making millions and millions of dollars will be just fine.
    • I have tried to like this team, lord knows I have tried. BY9 is a nice young man, if I had a daughter he can take her to prom, but he ain't QB1 and he's not Cam or Delhomme Chuba is a average RB, he isn't Stephen Davis, he isn't J-Stew McMillan has the makings of a good WR, but he isn't 89/Moose D. Brown is a great player, but if the game was on the line I want Kris Jenkins       I miss this brand of football, even in the bad Jake games the games were entertaining It has been nearly 8 years now of watching numb football
    • I'm not so sure. Something about the whole Frank/Bryce situation seemed off from day 1. Bryce didn't fit Frank's QB mold as well as Stroud, then he basically gives up when Bryce is named starter in preseason but gets virtually no reps in games. Then he looks completely unprepared and Dalton steps in in Seattle, has a decent game under immense pressure, and it's right back to Bryce. All his mechanics are terrible and he's having the worst rookie season ever and Frank doesn't bench him?  You dont have to be a conspiracy theorist to know Bryce wasn't ready to be a day 1 starter. Everything with Bryce, then coaches, and the FO seemed forced.
