I just want to steal his playbook. Had receivers running wide open all season. Also incorporated the Rbs in the passing game. Part of it is personnel but the other part is play design.

Kubiak is retiring due to health concerns. He collapsed on the field while coaching the Texans and then had a health scare in the middle of this season as well. 

Rivera is a two time coach of the year and went to the second round of the playoffs three years in a row.

I'm not the biggest Rivera fan but I understand WHY we aren't getting rid of him just yet.

Word is that Denver is hiring Miami's DC Vance Joseph, as he was there second choice when they hired Kubiak. Joseph used to be Kubiak in Houston. You are right though, Shanahan is as good as gone from Atlanta. Look for Atlanta to promote Ryan's QB coach LaFluer to OC. Matt LaFluer has been with Shanahan since they were both in Houston.

If used to is less than 4 years ago. They were a threat for a decent amount of the time we have been in the league. They do lead the series 27 to 17. The history goes back before 2013.

Uhm, we weren't the only team they embarrassed. They only led the league in scoring and set other records.

It's nuts how everything worked out. The Falcons are in the exact same situation we were in last year and we're basically the Falcons this year. Hopefully Shula can learn from his poo play calling and do well enough next year so some unfortunate team can give him a shot at HC. I like Ron as a HC and don't want to see him fall on his own sword because of Shula
