Did Howard play the first half only?

I think he only played a couple of series in the first quarter before being subbed out. He looked good and I am starting to believe he would make an immediate impact for this team. Also, there are several interesting prospects at RB and WR, perhaps we draft heavy on offense in the draft this year.

I'll be honest that anyone who says McDermott was the best OT in the game has no business reviewing anything. I watched the entire second half and there wasn't a worse OL than him. He seemed to get beat on every single play. Davenport struggled with Willis, but also blocked him a couple times. I don't recall thinking that McDermott did anything well. Also, Bisnowaty made a great block to free Hunt on his long run. He blocked the end and created a wall where he used his free right hand to stop the OLB while still blocking the DE. It was impressive.

That said, I didn't see a shining star at OT. Davenport and McDermott were big disappointments. I didn't get to see Garcia or Banner.

I agree, the point however with the article for me was that the Panthers are screwed on this draft as far as great Olinemen

    • Winning games and be a +500 team are good. But the goal is to win Super Bowl.  Chiefs had Alex Smith, went to playoff twice and still replaced him.   BY as of now: - To many fumbles - Completion in the intermediate range is just far below acceptable - Not enough of a deep throw threat....   The stats you try use is deceiving.  Catchable......  That is an opinion. Show me the completion %. And also, how does BY compare to other QBs using the stats you cited. Oh... ranked at 27

    • The Entitlement Paradox: When Winning Isn't Enough for Panther fans.    Just the other season(s) we were praying for wins by any means. Brought in every run of the mill QB you could think of.  We know all sides of the ball was bad like egregious bad. However some how we have won 5 games and TOXIC ENTITLEMENT has emerged.    We are a team that has to take wins by anymeans nothing has changed. Keep pounding means it aint gonna be perfect!!    Some panther fans have now developed a toxic entitlement where even victories feel insufficient, demanding flawless performance, or perfection, which stems from historical success in which we dont have any lol. This mindset poisons communities by fostering relentless criticism, harassment, and ingratitude that undermine team morale and alienate casual supporters. For the new Carolina Panthers, this could manifest as fans booing Bryce Young after gritty wins for low passing yards despite low turnovers, pressuring tepper into premature changes mid-rebuild, or driving away talent through online abuse!! eroding the positive momentum from their recent 4-game streak has brought us. Trust and believe the players do see your toxicity.    Anyways here are some positive stats.      Most Accurate QB on... 20+ Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (79.2%) 2. Sam Darnold (79.2%) 3. Bryce Young (75.0%) 10-19 Yard Throws 1. Jaxson Dart (88.0%) 2. Jayden Daniels (82.9%) 3. Drake Maye (80.7%) 0-9 Yard Throws 1. Drake Maye (92.9%) 2. Spencer Rattler (92.6%) 3. Bryce Young (91.7%) @FantasyPtsData
