Playbook...

They went on to say that the key player for the Giants is Jacobs. Without him they definitely lose. And for us it is Delhomme. We have to keep him comfortable, as he was in the Denver game. And I thought to myself, "No problemo!"

Then they both picked us to win. :biggrinjester:

Everyone knows that Jacobs isn't 100%....I think the Giants will rest him for the playoffs

imo it would be stupid of them to even let him play with the injury he has. someone just lays a good hit on him and his season is over. doesn't even have to be a nasty or dirty hit. Just a good ole fashioned hit. I think no matter what they say he sits on sunday or gets very limited carries. like 5 or so.

Playbook is a pretty good damn show. They do some in depth analysis and they're normally right.

I like this.

Yeah and those two guys Brian Baldinger and Sterling Sharp always pick the Panthers. I can't remember a game they didn't pick us to win.

He will play because they need to win HFA because they suck on the road and need to rest all there banged up players. I dont think it will be a smart move though cause Jacobs will not be right for the playoffs. We will see but Im thinking hes gonna be rushed into playing.

    • Great season regardless of what happens. From starting out 4-14 to ending 44-38 is incredible progress and future is bright from here. I do think we can beat the Heat and then win on the road against either Orlando or Philly assuming Embiid doesn’t miraculously return sooner. But if not, a higher draft pick is nice too
    • I know a DT that's asking for a trade: 🤔 maybe a home discount can be worked out. Dan Morgan could create up to $80 million in space through restructures of stars like Derrick Brown, Jaycee Horn, or Taylor Moton. They could also include players like Tershawn Wharton ($18.6M cap hit) in the trade to balance the salaries. Carolina Receives: DT  Dexter Lawrence II New York Receives: 2026 2nd Round Pick (No. 51 Overall): A premium Day 2 selection that fits the for  Lawrence  after his 0.5-sack season in 2025. WR  Xavier Legette : A young, high-upside receiver who provides the playmaking depth HC John Harbaugh needs for his offense. 2026 4th Round Pick: Immediate mid-round value. 2027 4th Round Pick (via MIN): Future capital acquired in the  Adam Thielen  trade.  ----- Stone Forsythe* (another young player as a potential trade option)provides immediate offensive line retooling for HC John Harbaugh.    John Harbaugh's history in Baltimore proves he values draft volume over individual superstars.    Just my 2cents
    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
