Wrong. Contract is $10M with $5M guranteed over 4 years.  It's structured to pay $10M over 4 years specific way. Restructuring means moving money around 4 year period.  Aka...  changing the structure of $10M contract.  IF someone takes a pay cut, you no longer restructure contract but basically tear it up and sign a new deal because the original $10M contract over 4 years is no more.

He basically tore his old agreement to shreds and signed a new 2 year deal with $7M guaranteed.  Panthers could of released him and saved $7M but instead they gave him $7M upfront.

Lol. Funny how my answer is the commonly accepted answer. I'm not going to sit yere and continue this with you. I'll just walk away and let ya continue to think whar ya want, and you can call it whatever you want to.

Sumbitch can play the hell out of  bass but Neil Peart was always the heartbeat of that band.  Tom Sawyer was a little over-rated but I have always loved YYZ.

Actually, Dream Theater (the band) was better.

Alex was the secret leader.

    • Moved to Tuesday, not Wednes because of scheduling with Flyers game or something in Philly. But I don't feel good about the Heat.  It has been a great season regardless.  Team just been playing so hard to move up since a bad start and just picked a bad time to get gassed.  It's like almost everyone is shooting cold at the same time even wide open shots.   Maybe atmosphere and playoffs kick off a spark.  I'd rather be in a series than a one and done though. The team has a good foundation to build on regardless of what happens.
    • Dan's been talking about upgrading CB since beginning of free agency
    • I'm more of a Hornets fan than I am a Panthers fan, I've watched a ton of this franchise the last 20 years. I post all day on RealGM. Don't get your hopes up, this is setting us up for a 20 point loss to the Heat and a swift end to the season. Spoelstra has always solved us, the Heat have two bigs that we have no answers for, and Jaquez is a certified Hornets killer that always plays us like he has a grudge on us. The Hornets being a top 10 team all year and a top 5 team the last half of the year and then flat out missing the playoffs is incredibly on brand for this crappy, horrendous franchise. I would love to be proven wrong. But I've suffered enough to know this little scheme the team is pulling. We finished 2 games out of 6th and guaranteed playoffs, and we blew two games to the Pacers and Nets earlier in the season, when they weren't trying to win. It's just who we are, Hornets DNA
