If the state had gone along with the idea, the Panthers would have made $250 million worth of renovations and additions, including an indoor practice center. Instead, the city and team reached a 10-year agreement that involved the hard tether for six of those years, meaning the Panthers could move with minimal financial pain starting in 2019.

Breaking News : I just bought the team for a dozen donuts and a box of Joe. I'm gonna remove the NFL logo from mid field and place a huge DD there.  The only drink offered at the stadium frncnoe on will be coffee or baileys and coffee.
