What year did Luck have a good D?

Go to my post above which you should have already read in this thread and you'll get your answer.

In 4 of Cam's 6 years, the Carolina Panther's defense has been in the bottom half of the NFL in points surrendered... 2011 - 27th, 2012 - 18th, 2014 - 21st, and 2016 - 26th.  For Andrew Luck, it has been 4 of his 5 years.  So explain to me how "bad defense" is a valid excuse for Andrew Luck, but is NOT a valid excuse for Cam Newton?

Cam's MVP / Superbowl year we had an elite D.

Wrong or no?

Total coincidence?

I never said anything about our D not being an excuse for Cam.

My comment was about how defense can affect QBs.

That goes for Cam, Luck and any other QB.

OK, now I understand.

Sorry for taking so much of your time, Mrs. Luck.

Try to read and understand the post and not jump to conclusions.

A team's D can significantly impact the QB.

Goes for all QBs.

Cam would also have better W/L, stats and be perceived better had we had respectable D in those bad years.

Funny because Luck's Dad wanted him to stay at Stanford another year to avoid going to Carolina...... because "they can't develop a QB." And look at what the Colts have built around Luck compared to what the Panthers have around Cam (Offense and Def). I'm sure they may be second guessing that decision these days.

But Luck could still plunk a Super Bowl, so you never know. What if somehow they get one or go to one in 2 years and Cam is still stuck in 2016's dismalness? Then what do you say?

here's also a scenario with cam being snubbed , there's a video where theres multiple different catagories for selecting QBs under 30 for , and the only one of them to achieve league MVP, was not mentioned in a single one of them? Are people really that turned off of Cam just based off last season?
