Friday the 13th the game

The Lobo

Anyone have this? If you're a fan of the movies you will love this game. I know it had a lot of problems on launch week, don't let that deter you, they have patched a ton of bugs and matchmaking issues. I have a blast playing it.

Side note: did anyone ever play the NES version? It was poo.

I liked the NES version as long as I could play as that one counselor who was fast and could jump (Mark?). The others were painfully slow. I remember defeating Jason and getting a message saying basically I just pissed him off and he's even harder to beat now. fug that game's difficulty.

I enjoy this new game too. The Xbox version is still largely broken. I hear PS4 still has a few issues and the PC version is mostly good to go.

I keep hearing about Dead By Daylight, so I'll probably give it a try.

Yes, mark is the one. It's mandatory to use him. Xbox has been getting better it still crashes every now and then though.

I remember seeing a gofundme about a game called Summer Camp that was loosely based off of the Friday the 13th series. Never found out what happened to it though...

It was and then they got the rights for Jason. It's a fun game.

This game is definitely fun. I can't wait for its small development team to grow a little and make better games in the future. I don't think this team really anticipated the demand and how shitty the gaming community can be. There seems to be a ton of rage quitters in this game, and it tends to ruin the game for the whole lobby.

Otherwise, with a group of good players that aren't going to rage quit, this game is hours of mindless fun. I can't recommend it enough.

Weird things is, they made their servers to match the beta. The amount of people who bought the game doubled. I wish they would have expected that. It had a lot of anticipation, a lot of people couldn't play the beta though. They are constantly working in patches and they are making a single player dlc soon.

    • Absolutely. He just turned 27 a few days ago, so quite young. He and Moehrig would be quite the pairing.  I know we say this every year, but this FA period has A LOT of talent that will be switching uniforms. We were aggressive last year and have no doubt this time next week will have some studs on defense.
    • DJ Moore has always been a bit of an enigma. He came here young, flashed a ton of potential, but never truly grew into a real #1. He’s had a few good reasons, but yet to have a real monster season (outside of his first year with Chicago) We’re still waiting for him to blossom, but he will be 29 next season. I fear that it is too late for him at this point.
    • I have considered free agency.  LT?  Either not good enough or too expensive.  Besides, this is a good OT draft.  (I would rather have a free agent, mind you, but the Panthers' reality suggests we can't do it without neglecting other positions).  What LTs are available in free agency, and what do you expect to pay?  Any Ickey-level OT is going to cost over $20m.   How much do we already have invested in our OL?  I get your point, but I do not think you can spend over $100m per on your OL. We have 2 guards and a right T who pull in about $75m per season.  We don't have a center yet.  Teams just don't let good LTs hit free agency, and when one does on rare occasion, he is expensive.  If you want a third of the Panther cap going to 5 Offensive Linemen, free agency is the way to go.  We still need S, ILB, Edge, WR, etc. I think we'd need more than Nijman--and I would understand if we went free agent for a T--but that is putting a TON of your cap at OL--so considering our situation, I do not see that option as preferable.  You may disagree. If I was not talking LT on our line and thinking about the cap, I would agree 100%.
