Like I want to listen to future mumble over a beat

There's a song on NBA2K17 he's featured on, and every time it comes on I feel like I hate myself for buying the game.  He is awful.  It's like he's talking to himself the whole time.

You guys are being a little overdramatic maybe. I'm a fan of all kinds of hip hop past/present. Future, and music similar is just for when you feel like getting real ignorant, and DGAF what anyone thinks. Which I guess for me is more frequent maybe. Ohwell, one life, and all.

Ha, I guess that's a way to put it.

Yeah, I can understand that there's a time and place. I listen to music mostly at work and prefer older hip hop from when I was in high school. I can't get jiggy to future. I guess I'm too old haha

Cam had two extra hype commercials after 2015 season. And guess what happened?

If anything I'm hoping our team is avoiding the spotlight going into this season. After the way the 2015 season ended, broncos players being constantly interviewed in Spring/Summer 2016 ,  fallout from the SB stuff, Cam's quotes about there being no good losers, and his TV show last summer, us losing Norman and our defensive veterans in the secondary, there was too much going on.

This year yeah there's still some attention from Cam's shoulder and McCaffrey/Samuel joining the team but I feel like alot of the spotlight has been taken away , most NFL fans otherwise not taking us seriously . I feel like there's more of a vague curiousity of whether we'll do well from people that aren't panther fans, rather than a huge spotlight and expectations we'll set the league on fire, which should be a good thing. The players probably started last season too high on themselves from 2015's accomplishments and got bitch slapped repeatedly into reality.

Considering the Falcons already had this game won...this was smart.

Yep, I'd say he was smart to flop like a fish out of water rather than make the block, but it was his weak mind that made him run up there like he was going to make the block!

You probably should've stopped at Kendrick Lamar.  After that, those rappers are borderline shitty-trash.

Obviously you have a very narrow view of what's a good rapper. Kendrick Lamar is trash compared to biggie, Tupac, and Jay-Z. He's not even as good as Easy E was. But that doesn't mean he's not good for today's standards.

I'll give you lamar. But the rest? Lol naaah

You can't compare today to the past. Like lil Wayne wasn't popular till the greats retired. It's like 70s rock and now.

Kendrick Lamar is actually good compared to the greats.  You could argue, he could go down top 15 all time.  While the others you mentioned, make rhymes like "I farted out of my ass, next thing you know, my car will run out of gas."

Lamar is not even top 20. He's a poor man's Naz. Eminem, Jay-Z, Run DMC, Tupac, Naz, Andre from outcast, biggie, funk master flash,Kurupt, Dr. Dre, Snoop dog, Ice Cube, Easy E,Outcast, Wu tang, the lox, DMX, Big Pun, 3-6 mafia,Xzibit, lil Wayne, Will Smith, Game, Scarface, lil Kim. Then maybe Lamar. He's on 50 cent and master p mid 20s level. So in other words you really don't know crap to be calling rappers crap. You don't really understand trap music is the real problem.

    • A winning record would be nice, but I still have us winning around the 6 to 8 game mark. Realistically we should beat the Jets and Saints, that gets us to 5 wins. After that, we have to face a lot of potential play off teams and our divisional opponents. I think we’ll win 1 or 2 of those games to take us to 6 or 7 wins, perhaps 8 wins if we can spring a further surprise.  Is that enough progress for head coach and QB? I’m not sure, it will depend on performances and output. That said, it’s nice to be back in a position where we are thinking about the play offs.
    • I would tend to agree about not falling into the trap and paying a below average QB, but sometimes situations can “force” a team to pay that QB. For example, if we play ourselves into a 9-8 like record, then what options will we have in the draft? Or do we avoid the draft and trade for or sign someone in free agency?  I’m not convinced by the 2026 QB draft class. There’s some intriguing prospects but no one that really screams “draft me”. I’m not sure we’ve got anyone really that stands out as a trade candidate or free agent signing. So although we might not want to commit a big money contract to Young, him playing well and showing progress might force the team’s hand.
    • Realistically we would be looking at no more than a mid round pick for Dowdle or Chuba. Are we really that desperate for a mid round pick? Not really. I would much prefer us utilise the two RBs in a 1-2 punch similar to how we used D-Will and Stewart. After all, Bryce is not Drew Brees. He won’t throw for 300+ yards and carry the team consistently as a passer. So having a strong running game with a 1-2 punch will be beneficial to him, and it will also be beneficial to the RBs because we can spell them and not overwork them.
