Ron Rivera - Belichick Role?

sight super secret stuff here- Michael Shula nearly runs the entire offense, like 95% in control of the whole O-show. Ron does the same over on the defense and a little more in ST. Still taking that, id rather him than herniay as GM. Ron has come ALONG way, but still has a way to go too. IF no playoff, get a whole new team minus a few steve wilkis, joe Klen, DL coach washington.....then fire EVERYONE else(except sir purr).

This really was just a topic for discussion. I believe there is more that goes on behind closed doors when it comes to different phases depth charts than is publically known. My primary issue with the huddle is assuming that Funchess is terrible. Many don't remember the days of Louis, Nane, or Lafail being the number 2 guy. Tolbert was a guy that we won with as long as he was playing up from 2013 to 2015.

If anything, his lack of autonomy in personnel decisions is exemplified by the fact that the rug was pulled out from under him and McDermott with the Normal release.

in the video of Rivera talking to the team, Normally you here him say the goal is to get better, improve with ever practice etc.  Not this time.  He said repeatedly the goal was "to win it all".  That sent chills down my spine.  Its obvious carolina is in win it now mode.  Lombardy or bust.  Bout friggen time.
