Mario Addison back practicing after taking a knee to his quad yesterday. Panthers don't need him missing any time.

The defense just did this drill where they lined up in a basic formation as if facing an offense, spread out as if in a basic play, and then all rushed toward a trainer who held up a ball. Then, after all 11 members had hustled to the ball, it was given to one of them and they gang rushed toward the end zone. 

I definitely see the purpose behind the drill but it was absolutely comical to watch. Lmao. Wish I would have got video

      Just like WR, you thin ignite and then suffer an injury and you are scrambling.  Any RB could have run through some of those those holes though and maybe you don’t get the same xtra yards but you are getting yardage.  It is the pass catching they will miss the most.

      Without Sanders, they are stil catching balls. Sanders is about a giveaway to it will be a pass play.   Also, hoping we see the competition at RB keep both guys on their toes.

      I was talking about pre season hype vs now.  They were talking about him being the best route runner on the team and being unguardable.  Putting people in the blender.  He has had 1 catch the last two games, and before that it was 2 per game. I like Renfrow, but it seems him and Bryce are not on the same page.
