RR admits today’s practice was originally scheduled for 2ish, but they switched to this AM to avoid distraction.

 

Ron Rivera says he had practice before the eclipse b/c he didn't want any players to go, "Hey, check it out."

That shoulder really scares me.  We can't have him missing games due to soreness and depend on DA to stink everything up... or worse, he plays with the injury and REALLY F's it up.
