Derek Anderson back at practice today after his wife had a baby

 

Chris Scott just got carted off by head athletic trainer Ryan Vermillion

 

Cam and Kelvin playing catch, trying to see who can have the best one-handed grab...think this one goes to Cam tho

Same guys out today as yesterday - Hall, Butler, Bersin, McCray, Elder, Yankey, Ross all working on side with trainer

OL Chris Scott being carted in from practice. He had missed a couple weeks before returning yesterday.

 

Not here: Gradkowski, Love, Simonson, France. Not practicing: Bersin, Elder, Butler, Hall, Ross, McCray, Yankey.

Well, more likely IR than cut..., but still the timing is bad.  He is a key piece of our Oline depth at the moment.

Well the ultimate truth is we haven't set the bar very high until now. Byron Bell, Nate Chandler, Mike Remmers, even Sione Fua. Since Gross retired after Cam's first season we've been seeing Newton getting pummeled into the ground within the pocket at the worst possible time at some point or another every season. I'm cautiously optimistic, but if there's anything the last several years have shown, it's not to just take it for granted that our depth is fine.
