Again...Shula has never had a true FB since he's been here so how in the hell can anybody make a judgement about how he would use one? As for Armah, if he's ready, I'm sure they will promote him but there is no reason to believe he's ready yet. That has nothing to do with how they would use him.

Last real fullback Shula had in the NFL was Alsott.  He knew how to use him.   Shula is and isn't many things.   He would probably love a Brad Hoover but never has had a legit FB in Carolina

It's not 1999 anymore.  The FB is a dinosaur, not even an unevolved Shula offense uses one.
