I noticed the lack of fire - lackluster 1st down signal after Cam's big run...

Maybe KB injury sobered team, took wind out of their sails early.

Didn't realize Cam didn't give away the TD ball.  Did he break some kind of record with that TD, I seem to remember reading something about him being tied with Jake in some stat, so maybe he wanted to keep it?

with a win, Cam would have  become our all time most winning QB.  He's still tied with Jake.

What? How did it lack authenticity

Did you feel inspired? Did you get fired up? JStew tried to lift him up afterwards and Cam wasn't having any of that. Just a roar and a retreat to the bench. There sure didn't seem much joy in that touchdown for him. No Superman, no handing the ball off to a kid, no celebration, no shared jubilation.

Just not very, well, Cam-like.

Idk but we need things to starting rolling early. OL needs to get physical at point of attack.

    • It's crazy with how much winning was going on when we had a little cool off period that we're still just a couple games out of 6th. Moussa is getting better every week and Coby is getting comfortable. Would be nice to get to 6 but I think this team is a lot more stacked than the last couple play ins. I can't remember the exact rules but if you're 7th seed and win the first game I think you automatically move on and don't have to play the second game?
    • I think it was a thing for sure. Panthers weren’t too many people’s first choice. Or 5th choice.  2022 and 2023… coaches fired mid season. Consecutive years. You want any of that?  He has definitely overseen a rehab of how the Panthers are perceived. Because we are a place that is seen as up and coming. And just the little thing of he accommodated Theilen so graciously, that gets noticed. It all adds up. Dan is doing a lot of things right, probably most things.  Needs a good draft.
    • K, I think that is dumb, but you do you. I didn't find anything online that made him out to be a dislikable person. I am certain the Panthers would have cared so much if they lost your fandom if they hired Sean Payton. But bet you would have come crawling back if Sean lead us to a Super Bowl victory or Golden leads UNC to a champion ship. It is easy to say you are gonna leave a team if the hire someone you dislike when the chips are down. But people like you tend to come crawling back once the team finds success.
