Hate to say this but I got a little excited when Stewart went to the sideline with a twisted ankle. Maybe CAP and Armah will get some snaps now.

You are not alone when I heard or read that he was out for practice I got a little excited and I said yes out loud, yes I did I did do it kill me now

Yeah using armah is obviously helping the run game tremendously.. but because it is we can expect shula to ignore it and go back to the failed single back formation.

I read this whole thread but I didn't learn what Plantar Fisciitis is. Can someone enlighten me?

it sucks. i've had it twice and it can take a long time to heal. the wikipedia description above is pretty good. you've got tendons that basically stretch over and around the bottom of your heel all the way to your toes. if those tendons get strained, it hurts with every step, but it hurts the most after you just get up from sitting for a long time or sleeping. every step you take stretches those tendons and puts pressure on the strain. those tendons are the most relaxed when they've had a chance to rest, but as soon as you step out of bed or from a sitting position those tendons really get stretched.

the first time i had it, i was in flip flops and stepped down on a rock that was jutting up. deep stone bruise that injured the tendons. doctor told me that it could take anywhere from a year to two years to recover. took me a year and a half. the thing that takes it so long to heel is that if you have to walk or run, you are constantly inflaming it.

the last time i had it didn't last too long to recover. my job changed and forced me to stand and walk around on concrete for long periods of time and my feet didn't like that too much. i tried all kinds of shoes, inserts/insoles, and socks (spent a lot of money on all those) and methods to try and relieve it, but the only thing that helped was this:
