Week 15 Thu Night Football Colts Vs Broncos

Battle between 2 AFC teams that have been completely eliminated from playoff contention. Not much relevance to us at all unless you just want to see the Broncos do as badly as possible..

In terms of draft order, Colts currently have the #3 pick and Broncos have the #5 pick.  If anything the team that loses will get closer to a better draft position lol.

At least there's a couple of Saturday matchups that seem a bit more entertaining

Bears and Lions at 4:30PM : Neither team are really in contention but they are alot more interesting than either the Broncos or Colts.

Cheifs vs Chargers  8:25 PM : Battle for AFC West division lead . Cheifs might be resurging but the chargers have been red hot lately. Should be a good one.

Savor it

I got one.  Far fetched but still.

Even though we’re way ahead of the Rams in SOS/SOV, it COULD still come into play vs the Rams and Rams only.  The Rams played the Colts.  Therefore root for the Broncos to ding the Rams SOS/SOV and ding the Broncos spot in the draft pecking order.  Now give me a barf bag for the few plays I may watch.

    • Sounds encouraging.  I agree about the LB....I was CERTAIN second round would be a LB.  I would also like to add that, on paper, DL looked solid--but only 1 performed well in 2025 (2 if you count Robinson, who is now gone).  I am guessing they feel that the LB play will improve with the improvement up front--logical.  Remember the old rule (not sure who said it first) "You build from the inside out, front to back."   We drafted, in my early opinion, a starting NT and C this year.  inside out, front to back.
    • Agree--I think a mid-level tackle but he could prove to be an elite G--not sure how he would do at RT--or maybe Freeling---lotta moving parts--but I would look at him at G if mid-level T is his ceiling--he has been improving, but the injury..
    • Worked an event that many players were at including Ickey. Talked to him, looks and walks around good/normal. Taylor Moton released a new Tequila with his partner Matt Kahlil. Taylor looks great and is psyched for the season. He's such a good guy. Even Derrick Brown, very focused. It's like a quiet, calm I'm gonna rip through you confidence. Building his forever home and sticking around CLT. Bryce stopped in, but was upbuilding talking to the guys, not drinking, smoking cigars like others. There was little different aura with them, almost a quiet confidence, some fun. Reminded me of the 2013-2018 era. Had an event Tuesday with TD (he was there last night too) and he thinks the team looks real good, maybe just needs an another LB. He loves the Devin Lloyd pick up.  No negative comments, just giving a nice update on some players.
