Internal investigation equals cover up?

I have no idea what this is about

i do find it odd at the sudden departure of Danny Morrison and some of the others along with the jettisoning of Gettleman

Sexual harass, maybe, guess if Bush at 90 couple could be called down for grabbing butts and joking about David Copa feel then an 81 year could do something similar

but, honestly this seems more like something different than sexual harassment.

It feels more like unjust termination based on race, religion, gender. Something

Consider for a moment that, whatever happened, if it goes to court or even just an NFL investigation there's the very real possibility that Morrison and/or Gettleman could be asked to testify or answer questions.

That could make things...interesting.

If they think nothing will come of it, I wonder why no one knows anything?

I believe that's probably wishful thinking.

If the Saints bounty program, the Patriots deflated footballs or the Falcons pumped in crowd noise had been left to "internal investigations" that found no evidence of impropriety, everybody here would be screaming "bulls--t"!

The notion that we can just investigate ourselves and everyone else will say "oh, that's fine" strikes me as unlikely.

I agree, but is this cheating or trying to get an advantage during games like those instances? Or is this workplace related, how workers are treated?

Yeah, it's pretty obvious it's an effort to control the narrative and eventually sweep it under the rug.  JR has handled the organization in the same fashion for years, so it's not a surprise - keeping things quiet/in-house, pushing out critics (Gantt), fired/"resigning" employees go quietly and never share their side of the story...

Well, i don't think it flies this time.  And I don't think JR is going to make it out of this retaining his majority hold on ownership, if any.

Given that it's "workplace misconduct", this is potentially much much worse than any of those examples.
