Will the Vikings win next week?

Vikings offense is very well coached and clicking on all cylinders, even when Keenum makes mistakes. Maybe the best starting WRs in the league, solid TE play and great running back play, and really amazingly quite solid OL play all around. Defense though is truly the best in the league and it's not close. I don't see the Aints winning.

They were a dropped TD away from losing to a team that has coaching problems, WR problems, OL problems, inconsistent defense, no running game outside of the QB, and were playing on the road.

Something is telling me in my gut the fuging Saints pull it off

The Vikes D is very strong at home though. As a Vikes fan I would be worried about Keenum so they better put the ball in their RB hands and play defense

The Saints are more vulnerable on the road, they're better defensively than they were in the past but don't have the Seahawks or Broncos championship defense either.

You know something, this is a little off topic but after tonight, I'm done being Mr Nice guy, I am done pretending and saying crap like "I would never wish injury on anyone."

Going forward I hope star players we face on other teams get injured, I am done giving a poo. At the end of the day, we are fans, FANS.. Not these player's friends, families or loved ones..

The fan/player relationship is about two things only, wins for us and money for them. So yes, if you ask I hope players from opposing teams get injured if it helps us win.. You are damn right I do!

I hope both Cam Jordan and Brews get injured next week.. Preferably concussions but I would be happy if they tore a ACL as well

are you short?

Vikings will lose next week, so will eagles. Championship will be NFC south and we aren't included :'(

That would be weird if both top seeds lose, the Eagles are more likely to lose though.

I wouldn't feel bad seeing Cam Jordan not able to move his legs and stretchered to a hospital like Shazier. No one deserves it more than him outside of Burfict.

    • Option A:  Pay your starting QB starting QB money. Option B:  Look for a starting QB for 4-10 years (or longer) while wasting the talent at every other position.    How many of the top 20 QB's do you think are worth what they are being paid?   When you factor in the last year of his present deal his contract is really an average of 45 million per year which in today's QB market is a very, very good deal. I wish we'd had found a Brock Purdy to pay 50+ million a year right after we parted ways with Cam.  Ya'll go ahead and live in fairy tale land where good to great (much less elite) QB's are available to pay. Just the fact that they had the chance to pay Brock after the disaster of trading up for Lance is a testament that when you find a quarter back you can win with, complete in the playoffs and superbowls with, you pay him.
    • They will still be a playoff team but they aren't contenders anymore IMO. They won't be able to spend like they have when they went to a SB and proved he couldn't carry a win at that level with a really good team around him. Now he is going to have to do it with less to spend around him. They just locked in to being a playoff bound team that's going to be a known speed bump for whoever will represent the NFC in the SB.
    • Hmm. I think he'll live up to it. Last year, about half of his team was on IR it seems, at one time or another. Year before, Super Bowl appearance. Year before that, playoff run after being third on the depth chart and being pressed into service. Is he one of the greatest in the game right now? Nope. No chance of that. Is he in the top 10 going into next season? Pretty good chance of that.  Would 20 or more teams in this league love to have the guy as their starting QB. Most likely so. He's a good QB who can implement his coach's game plan to a T and has both the confidence of and confidence in his teammates. That'll take you a long way in this league if you've got the right cast around you, and he does.
