Anyone who thinks you can change a tigers stripes this late in the game is high.  Cam is what he has been and what he is going to be.  Its up to a great OC to make the most of that.  Shula did not fit that bill.

Perhaps, its just not running as much;throwing the ball away,;making reads better.

Hopefully this can be accomplished. His body is not what it was when drafted.

I think this lends some credence to Igo's notion that the Panthers want somebody who has enough credibility to be able to tell Newton to sit down and listen up if need be. 

I don't really think Shula or Dorsey had enough power to do that.

Also, if they want to reshape Newton in a Norv Turner system which includes many 7 step drop backs as pointed out earlier they’re going to need to fix the LT position. 

There really isn’t a solution for that this offseason given the amount of money Kalil is due. Kalil was awful in Turner’s system in Minnesota as we all saw.

There are WR’s available through FA, draft and/or trade but the LT market isn’t there for us this offseason

Whether or not we think it can be done doesn't matter much. 

It's whether or not Ron Rivera thinks it can be done.
