I think we are going to look back in 20yrs and say WTF were we doing with all this “Sugar”

It’s in everything & for no reason.

But saying eat a balanced diet, stay active and surround yourself with + people, really isn’t some new groundbreaking theory.

Meat isn't evil and Veganism/vegetarian isn't a magic cure all.

Find out what works for you & makes YOU happy and stick with.

Yeah, sugar really is one of the big ones and something that would help a fug ton if you just did something as simple as quit drinking sodas.

A serving of Coca Cola has like 28g-35g's of sugar in it and it's one of the lower ones on the sugar spectrum of other soft drinks.  One 2 liter bottle has roundabout 100x the amount of sugar that your body should ingest within an entire year span.  From one fuging 2 liter bottle of Coke.  That's not even counting all the other ridiculous amounts of sugar you get from other sources.

So yeah.  People on average ingest way, way, WAY too much sugar nowadays... and it's been that way for a while now.  But then again, it's every fuging where and in every fuging thing.

poo is killing us, but at least it tastes good, right?  Now go take you a sip of that ice cold refreshing Coke.

"Researchers have found a spike in carolina-area blood pressures between the years of 2013 and 2017. The referenced population appears to be recovering and their conditions improving as of the beginning of 2018. Researchers have not officially come to a conclusion as to the cause but have noted that the condition seems to have coincided with the tenure of Mike Shula as the Carolina Panthers offensive coordinator. More studies have been comissioned but in the mean-time, health experts are urging people to avoid exposure to Mike Shula at all costs."

    • He isn’t but looking at what those guys are getting paid, paying him what he’s making now wouldn’t have been terrible, they should have and still should be looking at pairing some guys with brown to form a pretty dominant d line
    • The Bryce hate is nearly laughable.  He looked like garbage the first two games, but has really, really shown improvement and growth.  People who know football are taking notice.  Will Bryce ever be Arron Rodgers, Farvre, Manning or any other hotshot gunslinger?  No, but I think he is a smart football player who has survived a lot more than most other QB's would have after 2.5 years.  So long as this injury doesn't linger I think you will see legitimate growth over the next two years, with a big leap coming next season. Reich and Brown not working together, Duce causing trouble behind the scenes.  Starting WR's of Mingo and Chark.  No legitimate scheme for the OL.  Fitterer's general incompetence. An owner who was desperate for attention.  How did Zac Wilson, Mariota, Winston, Tribuski, Rosen, Lawarence, Fields, Jones, Pickett, and Richardson fair after 2.5 years?  We see what happens when the Texans have not given Stroud the support. The 2018 draft had great talent, they just needed to mature, hell we wasted two of the top three drafted that year.  Outside of Allen, Mahomes, Jackson, Burrow, or Drake Maye, I'm not sure I really would want any other 1st round QB drafted in the past 10 years? RELAX......  Bryce is our guy as we grow as a team.  The only other option I currently see is maybe a buy low draft pick on Drew Allar if he falls to the third round or lower. Bryce is going to be extended.  He won't get Prescott money which would benefit our team going forward.  A mid range extension like Darnold or Baker got may be just the thing this team needs to keep growing.
    • Even if he had just a two week window of incredible play, it would open up people eyes to what the offense would look like with a different QB than what we've been fielding for the last couple years. No one is saying White should or could be a long term solution, just a different perspective on what the offense could look like, and if it hypothetically did happen it would put major pressure on the situation that they've been half-assing
