I'm happy for Wilks.  I figured he wouldn't be here long because he's always had that thing about him.

Hope he sticks it to the Seahawks for us.

Warren Belin was his head coach for his rookie season.  Luke was reportedly pissed when he was fired but Holcomb's been better. Belin now works in the recruiting office at Wake Forest.

Interestingly enough, Holcomb had never been a position coach in the NFL before taking the job here.

The Cardinals defense is legit a perfect fit for Wilks. He has the secondary that can handle how much he wants his front to blitz and a very versatile guy in Budda Baker that I know Wilks will love.

The issue I had with Wilks was how bad of a fit his scheme was with Carolina’s state at defense and how he didn’t adjust. But lucky for him, he goes to a team where he can utilize his scheme to its max potential.
