Apparenly, Russians used doping in soccer before...

 

 

The only reason Russia was busted in Olympics because of whistleblower.  Because Olympics were in Russia, Russia built access to testing samples which they swamped to clean samples.  Same story now.  Russia entire sport program is ran by Kremlin.
