Just at a cursory glance, I'm seeing complaints about poor clock management throughout 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, and 2018. I heard someone call Ron Rivera "Marty McFly" on a podcast last week because of his issues with time and I think that's very fitting.

Tepper is going to dump him if we go 10-6 and get bounced in the wild card round, isn't he? He's the absolute worst in-game coach in the league and has been for all 8 years. He can come up with and install game plans during the week like few others can, but that just means that he's made to be a defensive coordinator and not a head coach.

One of the worst time managers the NFL has ever seen. If this problem was fixable we would have seen an improvement over time but he still keeps making the same bone headed decisions.

I dont see us winning the South this year, Aints will dominate us. Will be very lucky to get a WC berth.

I still think we'll get another stupid wild card. The NFC isn't as strong as people were predicting now that Atlanta and Green Bay have fallen off a bit. Biggest competition will be the Eagles (so next week is big) and the NFC North runner-up.

I'd be shocked if the Panthers make the playoffs. This is an 8-8 team unless something radical changes.

    • I mean, I think you're being a little hyperbolic with the last statement, but point taken.
    • Pass rush was the biggest issue in tonight’s game, and we were tied for 28th in sacks this season. That is a major area of need that has to get addressed this offseason. I just don’t see a path where there’s a game changing QB you can bring in with where we are drafting and quality of veterans that will be available. We certainly can do better than Dalton as a backup, and should ideally have a developmental guy  (perhaps a day 3 pick this year). We have bryce for one more year on a reasonable contract and then I think 2027 is the year that you reset that position (unless he massively improves).
    • Agreed, honestly basically bringing this group back as a healthy unit would be alright.  Brady Christensen should be resigned to a very reasonable deal with him recovering from the Achilles.  Atleast we're alright at 4 of our 5 spots with Lewis, Mays, Hunt, and Moton, Nijman was decent.  While if we can snag a deal on someone, take a stab, however our resources need to go to Linebacker, Pass Rush and a real option outside Tmac (coker is amazing, but if we can get someone who isnt braindead opposite Tmac, we can fully unleash Coker AND Tmacs full potential, cant move him into the slot if racoon boy is out there licking doorknobs).
