Lol so it begins

It’s okay if you disagree. But throughout every game there are at least 5 plays that blow your mind from Cam. They are either amazing or terribly bad.

He had great numbers on the day but couldn’t punch it in when it was needed largely due to his inconsistency.

Cam missed THE throw. How hard is it to grasp, if CMC takes the handoff and fumbles at the goal line he makes THE mistake. It’s not hard to comprehend and I guarantee Cam will say as much in his presser but yeah, only the blindly defend bunch know what they are talking about

Listen Billy Bob, it shouldn't have even came to that.    We should have faith in our kicker to hit a f'n XP and we should have a defense that can hold back a 3-6 team from marching down.    Ron trotted out Honey Funchess of Drops all game over and over.     Cam is the ONLY reason this game wasn't a blow out.    Take another swig of that Busche lite, get off these forums, and go clean up that deer hanging in your carport you shot this morning.

That play was only a play because of Gano. You have a brain right?

Except it wasn’t. You tie the game all detroit has to do try to make a FG but they know they have another shot. You go up 1 all pressure is on to make a FG before time expires. You have a brain right? Or have you never heard of pressure situations some of you so called fans surprise me more and more with how much you all are willing to let slide

thing is im not sure there was a mistake. he had to leave it high or it's getting tipped by the defender. he held it as long as he could, he had a free man rushing him, and he had to get it directly over the lineman (who clearly made a play on the ball).

you could ask why he didn't run and that's a bit more fair but not really an obvious complaint to make. they were obviously respecting the threat and it's difficult to know if his knee/ankle was limiting him there after the low shot he took earlier in the game.

i would say i dont know what game these people are watching but i know. we all know.

We could argue semantics about this for days.

The flat truth of the matter is our defense, and our top paid kicker put us in that position in the first place of gambling the entire game there. No amount of hand wringing about Cam Newton will change that. Dumb fans will remain dumb fans though.

Where are you multi poo-posting about Kuechly?

I’ve called Luke out in other threads and previous weeks. Funchess was dogshit today and our whole d-line played like ass, no one is saying differently (or if they are shame on them)

this is team is not built for success at all, bad o-line, bad d-line, poo playcalling bad situational awareness etc etc. today there are multiple factors but Cam should hit that throw 10/10 times

You mean there are multiple, violent moving pieces on an NFL play that can effect the outcome?

Dude, just give it up and admit that CAM SUXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

its ok to say cam missed the throw that he never should have been asked to make.  you kick the xp in that situation every time when you are 6-3.  i was hoping like hell we got it, but that was the stupidest coaching move rivera has ever made, and that is saying a lot.   even if we made it and won i would be saying the same thing.  that was so unbelievably stupid.

It was s short week on the road against a great team after all... uhhhhhh - never mind.  LOL

Lol right? The exact opposite and same results. Long week against a bad team. We still lost. The common denominator is us. We’re frauds. We got some lucky wins against the Giants, Bucs etc

were not a good team. I have no agenda. Calling a spade a spade. We’re not a good team

let's talk about the most overrated Panther player for 2-3 years, Luke Kuechly.    Constantly out of position, missing tackles, whining all day.

Uhhh, let's not. Put down the bottle or spliff. By far, he led the team in tackles today, and has for the season. Furthermore, as QB of the D, he has the pre-snap pressure (and post-snap, for that matter) of making up for play calls made by a DC who is apparently well in over his head. Future HOF'er, and that's who you blame this poor situational play on (and coaching), on both sides of the ball? Get real dude.

    • It is all confusing and layered. SB is the cash you get very soon within weeks or in simple terms, its what you get to sign the paper work. Players and agents can agree on contract but what to "wait" to sign......teams don't like that cause you can "Carlos Boozer" yourself. In order to get that ink dry, while keeping the contract the same, portion it as a bonus to "sign" and get the funds with ________ .   * But Ive seen worded contracts that split the SB or a 20% to a later date. The beans counters can fill in the details about why certain dates are better and save the team money.. Theres tricks to the trade and accounting is full of them.    Ugh another big layer, is SB can be used to manipulate cap and players. Ill try to give a example that makes enough sense. Believe it or not having a owner like Tepper is a cheat code for this. He has cash in hand, where as Mark Davis had problem making pay roll and had to move the team to Vegas....... Tepper can give you 100,000,000 SB right now and the team can spread out the cap hit. Another owner doesn't have or want to give the player 100,000,000 in cash, but offered the same guaranteed contract in roster bonuses fully guaranteed over the next few years........ Which one do you want??? Everyone wants the money now, not before another inflation waves hits in 2 years. So it does 'pay" to have a owner like tepper that's able to have real cash on hand, while it also works GREAT for cap help. Heres a good video, if you can stand coked up pat and mask look-a-like AJ
    • I don't know. CMC is like others and may have lip serviced that line of " I had no plan or wanted to leave Carolina" I think he even said he bought a house too and wanted this to be home.   Here's what I heard- In a way Panthers org gave him a test and he didn't "fight" back. They approached CMC and told him they wanted to put him on IR since the "season" was over or out of playoff reach. CMC didn't fight it one lick and agreed. They secretly wanted him to kept playing or want to, but there was no kickback. I honestly don't know if its real or not, 5th hand information type deal doing on. Yes he had bruises and pains, but was able to play...... but went along with Panthers staff. Odd to be playing games with star players, but whatever....   Plus the staff doctors found out about his tendinitis and there was nothing to fix it. Even with him missing time, it was the best move to trade him before he got inflamed constantly.    Lastly, its mostly time a combo of stuff, Fitterererere did not sign him to be the highest paid RB. That was classic Marty "give me a" herniay doing. GMs have different values on roster spots and rumor was Fitterererer was one that didn't want to pay RBs. For all his faults, he's right about that......
    • I think google is confusing signing bonus with guaranteed money. If you get a guarantee of say $10 million, it doesn’t matter if the signing bonus is $5 or $8 million, it’s the $10 million number that affects the cap, as the signing bonus is always just a portion of the guaranteed money anyways. And again, I’ll admit I’m not 100% sure about it, but I’m pretty sure it is the case.
