We're three days from the lowest low since the Clausen and Fox era, aren't we?

more worried about the offense... the defense can't do much when the offense turns it over 5 times

Cam is hurt, and needs surgery, his accuracy already had issues and to add to that he's not going to be throwing long, the defense know this and will adjust. can the Panthers?

this goes for the rest of the season not just this game.

Sad days when we’re reduced to arguing over which side of the ball is responsible for more of our losses

I felt like the last-second, missed-field goal loss to the Browns in Cleveland in 2010 was the last time I truly felt so pissed off about the Panthers being a sadsack team with a bum-ass coach.

We're in for the same thing again on Sunday, aren't we?

no comparison...getting our a#% kicked in the SB was worse than this...

pickles running backwards and trying to fling the ball out of bounds was bad, but i was even more embarrassed about david carr and his white gloves and his stupid haircut.  they'd show him on the sideline and he would be arranging his hair like a model and looking for the camera.  it was humiliating to me.

Update: have not been this pissed since the Clausen and Fox era.

fug Ron Rivera. fuging eight game losing streak. We have some weapons on offense but we’re so awful otherwise, we have no heart or confidence and therefore the whole damn franchise is in the shitcan for the next four or five years.

With Rivera taking over the DC duties I’m actually much more optimistic than I was before. For me this still isn’t as disappointing as missing the playoffs after making it to the Super Bowl.

Hey how'd that work out? He's lost the locker room

    • Taking only players from the sheet that are realistically available in or after the listed round, I’d like… 1st: DT Caleb Banks (Styles not realistic) 2nd: LB Jacob Rodriguez 3rd: OT Best available from Bowry, Barber, and Casey 4th: CB Daylen Everette 5th: S Jalen Huskey 6th: RB Adam Randall 7th: IOL Best available from Lemieux, Dawkins, Leausa, and Brose   I know nothing about some of the players listed, but it seems like that would be the best way it could fall for now. I’m sure the list of who we meet will change a ton, and there will also be players we don’t meet with to keep quiet. I’d love to pick up Randall in the late rounds.
    • Not what I said. They know within the building why we aren't utilizing TEs more. If the rumors were true that we were seriously pursuing a couple of decent receiving TEs that strongly points toward a lack of quality receiving TEs currently on the roster. Does that mean we consider drafting one at 19? I don't know, but it wouldn't shock me and if we did there's only one guy it would be. I wouldn't be surprised at all to see TE drafting somewhere in the first three rounds.
    • Yeah, I don’t know. Tepper was behind the Bryce selection. Behind firings and hiring over his lack of development.  He doesn’t have to literally tell them their hands are tied for them to know this. It is in the air constantly. The Canales Bryce play calling was even portrayed by more than one person as Canales failing Bryce, instead of Bryce being responsible for his own performance (except when he does well, then it is all him). Now they have an extra coach in, to help the new OC get results from this QB.  The atmosphere is not welcoming to prototypical young QBs that have talent. You get Jake Plummer types or old vets. I think we are stuck.
