Josh got roasted by fans last camp for mentioning that Cam had not completed a deep pass since some point in early 2017 (can’t remember exactly), even in practice, and suggesting something may be wrong. 

So, yes, I’m still nervous about him staying healthy all season, but can’t help to be hype about seeing two completed bombs on day one.

He was making these throws in camp last year too. The question has always been can the shoulder hold up through the course of a NFL season. Also, a little curious to see how much throwing he does today. Would not shock me to see him pull back a bit. A bit of soreness is likely part of the healing process.

He’s shown great touch on deep post and post corner routes. He hasn’t been asked to fire anything into tight windows as of yet (slants, etc). That’s what I want to see, in time. Can he still generate that signature zip in tight windows.
