Are you implying they burnt it? Because I have it on good authority that a less than gruntled former employee was responsible, after he was told he could play his music at reasonable volumes.

But no one was ever convicted, or even arrested for it, so how do you know?

I don't think Newsome wants to be a GM again, but I would totally trust him to help choose our next one.

My brother in law is a Ravens season ticket holder. His take is that the current GM had been the heir apparent so long and turned down other opportunities to the point eventually Newsome was told politely that they would retain him as a highly paid consultant but that it was time for the other guy to have his shot (can’t recall his name offhand).

Well if somebody gets caught for it, they should go to a federal "pound me in the ass" prison.

True story: I used to own a side business selling movie posters and home cinema decor online and through retailers like Black Lion. One of our best sellers was a still shot of the guys beating the poo out of the copy machine in the field. People really connected with that scene.

Eric DeCosta, and yeah I've heard similar theories.

Part of the reason gettleman was such a bad fit was the guy consulting didn't have a familiarity with the organization.

Don't want to go that route again. Let Tepper get the guys he wants. If he needs help, he probably shouldn't have bought the team. If he has a clear vision of what he wants, he needs to find his guys to fit it. No go betweens. This is too big a deal to outsource.

Hes going to use a consultant or consultants  either formally orcinfirmally regardless. He doesn't sit in a bubble.
