It's not that I want a bunch of divas. It's just that I'm tired of not being a consistent winning team because the focus is on having a bunch of content and pleasant people on the team who go out on their own terms.

What do Ron Rivera and Jimmy Carter have in common? 

Both were great guys but also terrible at their job.

Yes. This was Olsen's last year. Hopefully he sticks around and continues on with his work with the children's hospital.
