They forfeit the season ‘s remaining games plus first three rounds in the draft.  It’s for years of cheating.

This was a part of my response on twitter to this.

In addition to banning Bill for the remainder of this season, and not guaranteeing him a spot back in the NFL next season, I would also decrease their cap space by 25%.

Although I bet that would be a holy hell of a fight with the players union.
