marty hurney is not a real GM

he’s a hilariously decorated beat writer that will do anything to keep a job in any administrative capacity for the panthers; i’m pretty sure if tepper told him he had to clean the urinals every sunday afternoon after the games just to be able to make one draft selection, he’d go for it.

the panthers finished 5-11, after a very hopeful and fanfare driven offseason. what a fuging surprise. you know why we failed? because this is what happens when your GM doesn’t evaluate every player and every position in the offseason. not anticipating sophomore slumps when a rookie overachieves. not making the tough decisions and hanging on to every aging vet until they decide to leave on their own terms with nothing planned. putting together nonsensical offseason plans where you change the base formation from a 3-4 to a 4-3 and bringing in a bunch of personnel to run it even though everybody runs base nickel these days anyway. and this fuging joke of a draft class... he couldn’t have telegraphed the first three selections more if a press release came out before draft day announcing who he intended to pick.

tepper needs to stop acting like he’s this uninformed freshman nfl owner and stop kicking the tires on the guy. he got rid of one problem for this organization, now he needs to put to rest this marty 2.0 crap and give hurney his walking papers. he’s the only person that can set this right.
